Description:

Girl's slip on witch dress has black satin polyester shoulder straps with jagged orange and black tulle embellishments.
Dress has a square neckline with pleated orange satin polyester trim that is lined with orange sequin details.
The dress bodice has decorative black satin polyester side panels with black sequin details.
Bodice centre is orange satin polyester with a mesh overlay and a lace up front with orange ribbons.
Back of the bodice is plain black stretch polyester with an elasticated upper back and waistband for ease of wear.
The multi-layered skirt has a black non stretch fabric underskirt with a wired hoop stitched into the hem that can be expanded when the plastic tie for storage is removed.
Middle skirt layer is black non-stretch satin polyester with an orange centre insert and a jagged hemline.
Top skirt later is jagged black tulle with an orange tulle front and black glitter bats printed on the longer skirt.
This Halloween costume features inbuilt lights in the skirt that are activated by a button that is concealed in the waist front.
The lights are stitched into a white polyester pocket that hangs at the front of the dress.
To access the battery box, it is contained within a small pocket with a velcro closure.
Battery box has an on-off switch and batteries are included.
To complete this witch outfit is a mini black satin witch hat with an orange tulle bow.
The hat is secured with an elastic band with a quick release velcro fasten.
