Girl's pull over dress with a black stretch velvet back and velco tab closure at the nape.
Long black stretch velvet sleeves with glittery purple velvet wrist cuffs.
Bodice has a purple satin polyester centre panel with a silver star patterned tulle overlay and black criss crossed trim details.
Glittery purple velvet bands curve from the shoulders to the chest sides to create a mock bolero look.
Bodice side front panels are shirred black satin polyester fabric.
The witch costume waistband is elasticated at the front and back for comfort fit.
Triple layered tutu style skirt with each layer stitched onto a purple stretch polyester panel.
Ruffled purple tulle top layer with silver glitter stars all over and black satin ribbon along the hemline.
Middle skirt layer is sparkly purple ruffled tulle with a black satin ribbon hem.
To finish the base skirt layer is ruffled purple satin polyester.
Includes a stretch purple satin polyester headband with a velcro fasten at the back for ease of wear.
Halloween costume headband has a plush black satin polyester and felt mini witch hat attached on top with a purple satin ribbon bow.
