Description:

Girls tutu skirt has strips of red and blue tulle attached along an elasticated blue satin waistband.
Each strip of tulle has ribbon attached to the bottom for an added effect.
Front of the tutu waistband has layered red and blue ribbon that can be tied into a bow.
The waistband will comfortably accommodate for a waist measurement between 53-73cm.
Tutu skirt length is approximately 33cm.
