Girls black non-stretch dress with long sleeves and velcro closure back, made from 100% polyester
The dress has a white collar neckline with attached red and yellow striped satin tie
It also features red and orange satin ribbon trim along the sleeves and neckline
The bottom of the dress has 2 red and yellow striped satin inserts to look like pleats
A black felt fabric pointed witch hat with red satin band is included
