Witch hat circumference is approximately 61cm.
Tutu is made from purple mesh with black bats and stars printed all over.
Waistband is made from purple satin material.

Please note: the included hat runs large. To keep the hat up right, we recommend stuffing it with tissue paper or something similar and pinning it to the hair.
