Description:

• Girl's Cookie Monster costume dress is made from a mixture of blue stretch polyester fabric on the bodice and woven waffle print fabric for the tutu style skirt.
  
• The bodice has a large print of Cookie Monster's face in the centre with a dark blue ruffle that runs along the top of the dress.
  
• The dress features capped sleeves that are made from a blue glitter mesh fabric and have white wavy ribbon trim around the outer hemlines.
  
• A piece of white wavy ribbon trim lines the top of the waistband.
  
• The tutu style skirt features the same light blue glitter mesh fabric as well as dark blue glitter mesh panels that alternate around the skirt.
  
• Costume is complete with classic style plastic headband that is covered with light blue ribbon and features a blue ribbon bow in the centre with a small cookie heart in the middle.
