Description:

• Tutu dress features stretchy black long sleeves and a bodice made from red stretch fabric with black dots all over.
  
• The ends of the sleeves have some frilly red and black dot fabric.
  
• A white fabric flower with a red gem in the centre to attached to the front of the neckline.
  
• Waistband is elastic to allow for some size flexibility.
  
• The skirt section of the dress is made from red satin polyester with three layers of red tulle with black ribbon trim.
  
• There are velcro closures on the back of the dress.
  
• Headband is made of black plastic with black pipe cleaner antennae with red pom-poms at the ends.
  
• Wand is wrapped in a red ribbon with a white flower, ladybug wings, and antennae attached to the top, and red and black ribbon hanging down.
  
• Included wigs are made from red stocking material with black dots all over and attach to the back of the dress with velcro.
