Description:

Girl's dress is made from a mixture of pink stretch polyester fabric, black mesh fabric and thick pink interfacing fabric.
The bodice of the costume dress is made from pink stretch material with a black centre insert on the chest that has a black mesh overlay with metallic rainbow stars.
Dress has puff style sleeves made from the same black mesh star print fabric.
Attached tutu style costume skirt has an underlayer of pink interfacing fabric that gives a puffed out look.
A black mesh overlay with metallic rainbow stars and jagged hemline completes the skirt.
Finishing the costume is a black satin witch hat with felt backing.
