Description:

Girls witch costume dress is made from stretch polyester and satin fabrics.
Dress has a square neckline with blue satin puff sleeves that have black glitter polka dots all over.
An attached black felt backed collar with jagged hem sits up around the neck.
A green satin insert sits across the chest with a blue glitter cross over detail.
Back of the dress is black stretch polyester with a velcro tab closure and elastic waistline to allow for sizing flexibility.
Waistline features a green satin attached belt at the front with a black fabric buckle.
Attached skirt has three layers, the top layer is black and blue striped jagged fabric.
Second layer is blue and green ombre satin with black witch, bat, owl and tree silhouette print.
Under the layer is black interfacing fabric to create a puffed out tutu style effect.
Costume is complete with a black fabric witch hat that has a black and blue hat band and green trim.
