Description:

Girl's toddler witch costume is made from stretch polyester and satin and is a pull over style.
The bodice of the dress features two black panels to either side with a central orange panel that features faux corset detailing in black ribbon.
The dress has puff sleeves that are made from orange satin that has black pumpkin and star print all over.
Dress has a square neckline with a black mesh ruffle collar.
Attached skirt has an interfacing fabric underlayer that gives a tutu style effect.
Top layer of the skirt is made from the same orange satin as the sleeves and features black pumpkin and star print all over.
Costume is complete with a black felt fabric pointed witch hat that has a matching orange satin hat band with pumpkin and star print details.
