  • Womens tutu has a black polyester base layered with two layers of ruffled black mesh fabric.
  • To finish, the tutu has a black tulle top layer covered in silver confetti glitter.
  • The elasticated black satin waistband will comfortably accommodate for a waist measurement between 60-90cm.
  • Tutu skirt length is approximately 40cm.
