Versatile 3-in-1 blue face and body paint by Moon Creations! This vibrant blue glow makeup can be easily used to create various fancy dress looks. Charge it with a light source for a vibrant glow in the dark effect. Made in the UK, this highly pigmented blue cream makeup is fluorescent in colour and can be worn alone or under a blacklight for an exceptional glow.
