Description:

Womens navy blue full length dress with long sleeves and a velcro closure on the back, dress is stretch fabric on the top and non-stretch fabric on the bottom.
Nurse dress a white collar as well as white trim on the sleeves and white band half way up the sleeves.
Wartime nurse dress also has an attached white apron with tie up back and fake white buttons on the top of the dress.
Costume is complete with a white a white stretch fabric headpiece with velcro closure.
