Costume Details:

Green stretch velvet fabric slip on mini dress is sleeveless with adjustable clear plastic shoulder straps.
The bodice has a red velvet jester style collar attached along the front with gold bell attachments.
Dress has a pleated skirt front with a jagged hemline.
Plush green velvet elf hat has an upturned jagged red velvet brim with attached bells and is padded with green foam fabric to maintain height and shape.
Red velvet fabric belt measures 8cm wide with polyester fabric ties attached to each side to tie around the waist and a gold plated plastic belt buckle.
