Dress is made from non stretch polyester with a side zip closure, long sleeves and a large neon green fold down collar.
Trims of the costume are neon green with the v neck featuring two small green elastic straps.
The fabric has yellow, orange and red peace signs, smiling faces and flowers all over the front and back.
Included is a matching cape with a stiffened beak.
