Great service!
Despite being extra busy with late walk-ins on the day of Halloween, the store had a system in place to manage customers with pre-orders quickly and also see to those who had just turned up. Although I didn't need it, I loved the ordering set-up in the entry. My item was ready on time and was what I'd ordered. Staff were polite, efficient and quick to deal with customers considering the 'busyness'. Will definitely use again.

Book week
My son loved the owl ,we decorated it to give a unique look as his owl (he named Minguion) as Hufflepuff Student. Very good quality worth the money and a son who was thrilled and comfortable to wear.
