• Festival style costume hat is made from black fabric with a sequined green to blue colour-shift overlay.
  
• This deluxe festival hat features a black sequin holographic gemstone upper hatband and matching visor brim.
  
• Visor front has a blue glitter overlay and a leopard print glitter hatband.
  
• Attached to the top of the hatband on to the peaked top is a decorative gemstone encrusted applique with a metallic gold base.
  
• A black elastic chin strap is attached to the underside of the hat to provide stability.
  
• Festival hat has a standard circumference of approximately 58cm with a plush inner band for comfort.
  

Things to note:

• As these hats are handmade and made in bulk, it is possible that some gems and embellishments may fall off inside the packaging, however, they can be easily re-glued if necessary.
  
• It is also likely that, due to their construction, the hats may be slightly off-centre or lop-sided. This can usually be fixed by adjusting the piping on the inside of the hat and once it is being worn it shouldn't be very noticeable.
