Costume Description:

The flapper costume for women is made from burgundy velveteen with matching straps and elastic around the bust line and back hem for size flexibility.
The front of the dress has layers of open end fringing, the back of the dress is plain burgundy velveteen.
To top it all this flapper dress comes with a matching burgundy velveteen headband with velcro closure plus a black feather which can be attached.
