Dress sits at knee level and has a velcro closure on the back.
Headpiece is a blue short cut wig with a choppy fringe.
This is an officially licensed Disney Pixar Inside Out product.

Your new wig may require some additional styling to achieve the desired look:

Hold the inner wig cap and lightly shake to loosen the wig.
Remove the tangles with your fingers. For wigs without curls gently brush.
If required, use hair spray or a dryer sheet to reduce frizz.
You can brush, comb and style this wig.
One size fits most.
