It's easy to say that your baby is the most enchanting baby you've ever laid eyes on. Even more so when they are literally casting a spell over you (infant witches start young!) As their parent it is up to you to prepare them for their wizardry education but before you do, they will need a new dress. This witch costume is not only perfect for practising spells, it is simply adorable!
