  • Bright orange costume tutu is made from three layers of mesh fabric.
  • Underneath the mesh layers is an orange satin polyester underlayer skirt.
  • The top layer of mesh is covered with gold glitter.
  • For sizing flexibility and comfort, the costume skirt has an elastic waistband.
  • Waistband is covered with an orange satin fabric.
