Bright orange costume tutu is made from three layers of mesh fabric.
Underneath the mesh layers is an orange satin polyester underlayer skirt.
The top layer of mesh is covered with gold glitter.
For sizing flexibility and comfort, the costume skirt has an elastic waistband.
Waistband is covered with an orange satin fabric.
