Description:

Costume tutu is made from one layer of light blue tulle material with an elastic satin blue waistband.
Hemline is cut into points featuring blue jewels attached symmetrically on each point.
Flexible waistband has an attached blue ribbon, tied into a bow with two blue jewels attached to both strands, and a little white mesh flower on top.
