Costume Description:

  • Womens headband had is made of black felt with a black and white fabric bow, attached to a plastic headband.  
  • Sexy bow tie is made of navy blue fabric and attached to a blue ribbon choker with a velcro tab at the back.  
  • Mad Hatter dress is made of blue stretch fabric with foam chest cups, purple ribbon trim, and foam shoulder pads. 
  • Black and white sleeves have an elastic cuff. 
  • Skirt is layered with purple tulle. 
  • Finally, the dress ties up at the back, and closes with a velcro tab at the back of the neck.  
  • Fancy dress forearm warmers are made of blue and black checkered stretch fabric with black fabric cuffs. 
  • Costume purple and black checkered knee high socks come with attached pale blue ribbons on the knees.
