Adult's top features white ruffle down the buttoned front, on the wrists and collar and a red bowtie with white polka dots.
Victorian nanny outfit has a long navy blue cotton skirt with elastic waistband for size flexibility.
Nanny outfit also includes a white cotton apron with large white bow attached to the back and white stretch fabric gloves.
