Costume chest strap wraps around the neck and chest and sits criss crossed at the back.
Stretch black lycra polyester underwear 'pants' have an elasticated waistband for size flexibility.
Thick black faux leather wrist cuffs have adjustable velcro closures.
Matching black leather look arm bands with adjustable velcro tab closures.
