Description:

Men's full length costume robe is made from black stretch polyester fabric with draping sleeves.
Robe features a velcro closure on the back and has jagged cut sleeves and hem.
Costume robe does not have a hood.
Included Ghostface style mask is made from thin white plastic with black mesh over the eyes and an attached semi-transparent black mesh hood.

Please note: the mask is packaged flat and may be dented in transit. Heaven Costumes advise that it will need some slight manipulation.

Good Robe, Average Mask

The robe is quite good. But the mask is made of thin plastic that creases and disfigures very easily.

Did not arrive in time for halloween

I would have appreciated a note saying the item may not arrive in time for Halloween. Granted I ordered late, I assumed you wouldn't send something out without such disclaimer. Probably my fault but I feel like you guys have a duty to your customers. I'm a busy mum... Anyway we haven't even opened it. My son will wear it next year though. Cheers, Natalie

I have had a quick look into your order and can see that you chose the shipping method Standard Post (3-8 business day arrival) which is sadly why the order did not arrive in time. We did have a disclaimer on our shipping page for any orders being placed for Halloween, we recommend Express Post being chosen. Due to the volume of orders we receive during our busy period it is unfortunately impossible for our customer service team to contact all customers who have not chosen Express Post.
