Description:

• Costume dress made a white stretch fabric bodice with a blue satin polyester skirt.
  
• Dress has a dark satin sailor collar with white ribbon details stitched around the border.
  
• Pinned to the front of the neckline is a large red satin polyester bow.
  
• A second large red satin bow is also pinned at the back of the lower back area.
  
• Included wig is made from yellow synthetic hair built onto an elastic net base.
  
• Wig is styled into the iconic Sailor Moon hairstyle with two side buns, a fringe, and two extra long pigtail strips of hair hanging down.
  
• The tiara is made from metallic gold felt material, with a fake red gem on the front and elastic at the back to secure around the head.
  
• Choker necklace is a strip of red ribbon with a velcro closure at the back.
  
• The gloves are just below elbow length and made of white stretch fabric with a padded red cuff at the top.
  
• Costume is complete with a pair of red knee-high shoes covers.
  
• The shoe covers have a white ribbon trim at the top with an elastic back around the calf and also an elastic strap to go under the shoe.

• Wig is NOT heat friendly and may shed a little bit, as it is a lower quality costume wig.
