- White cups are made from plastic with slits for the balloon to tie onto.
- White sticks connect to the cups and sit inside the straw.
Latex Balloon Tips:
- Latex balloons are made of natural rubber, meaning they are 100% bio-degradable and will break down over time.
- Due to being made from natural rubber latex - anyone with latex allergies should not handle balloons directly.
- Fill with air only–balloon is too small to float with helium.
