Costume Description:

Black sequined flapper dress is made with stretchy and flexible fabric.
Dress features a blue V shaped panel down the front and a black lace overlay.
The dress has adjustable shoulder straps with an attached row of fringing that sits off the shoulder.
The bottom section of the dress is blue with a black lace overlay.
Two rows of black fringing decorate the hem line, the fringing allows for some stretch when worn.
