  • Womens costume tutu consists of a neon pink polyester fabric base that is layered with 3 tiers of ruffled neon pink mesh fabric.
  • The tutu has a neon pink polyester waistband that is elasticated to accommodate size flexibility.
  • For a finishing touch the tutu has a neon pink satin ribbon bow attached to the centre front of the waistband.
  • Waistband can stretch between 60-90cm and is suitable for most sizes.
