Description:

Womens costume tutu consists of a neon yellow polyester fabric base that is layered with 3 tiers of ruffled neon yellow mesh fabric.
The tutu has a neon yellow polyester waistband that is elasticated to accommodate size flexibility.
For a finishing touch the tutu has a neon yellow satin ribbon bow attached to the centre front of the waistband.
Waistband can stretch between 60-90cm and is suitable for most sizes.
