  • 100% Polyester fabric Womens mid-length dress with Velcro tab closure on the back
  • The dress is made from a non-stretch fabric on the front of the bodice and plain black stretch fabric on the back
  • The front of the bodice has black and white polka dots over the bust area with ruffle neck-line and short puff sleeves
  • The waist is orange with small black polka dots with an attached black and white polka dot belt with cute bow on the front
  • A stretch elastic panel sits in the waist section on the back of the dress for size flexibility
  • The skirt of the dress consists of 2 layers of fabric, the bottom layer is black with vertical orange stripes and a cute orange pom pom trim along the hem
  • The top layer is black with orange polka dots and has a wavy braid trim along the hem
  • The top layer also has an overlay of sparkly orange organza with black spider web detail and braid trim
  • Costume includes a padded foam pointed witch hat with stripes and polka dots and a buckle detail
