Description:

100% Polyester fabric Womens mid-length dress with Velcro tab closure on the back
The dress is made from a non-stretch fabric on the front of the bodice and plain black stretch fabric on the back
The front of the bodice has black and white polka dots over the bust area with ruffle neck-line and short puff sleeves
The waist is orange with small black polka dots with an attached black and white polka dot belt with cute bow on the front
A stretch elastic panel sits in the waist section on the back of the dress for size flexibility
The skirt of the dress consists of 2 layers of fabric, the bottom layer is black with vertical orange stripes and a cute orange pom pom trim along the hem
The top layer is black with orange polka dots and has a wavy braid trim along the hem
The top layer also has an overlay of sparkly orange organza with black spider web detail and braid trim
Costume includes a padded foam pointed witch hat with stripes and polka dots and a buckle detail
