Description:

Costume dress is made from a non-stretch yellow paisley brocade fabric with a scoop neckline, and short puff sleeves.
Dress features a high regency empire waist with a gold satin ribbon across the front of the waist.
Back of the dress features a zipper and an elastic waistband for some size flexibility.
Included headband is made from gold ribbons with an attached gold satin fabric rose.
