  • Blue floral print costume dress with long sleeves is made from stretch polyester fabric.
  • Dress has capped ruffles at the shoulders and a peter pan style collar.
  • Costume dress sleeves have elastic cuffs with white eyelet lace ruffle trim.
  • Dress has a velcro tab closure at the back of the neck.
  • Attached to the dress is a bib apron is made from white stretch polyester fabric.
