    • Both the neckline and sleeves have blue ribbon trim with white lace hemlines.
    • Attached costume skirt is suede look felt fabric with a weathered distressed look.
    • An elastic insert runs around the waistline to allow for sizing flexibility.
    • The bottom hemline of the skirt features tassels and blue ribbon trim.
    • Costume is complete with a matching brown costume belt that has brown fabric waist ties and blue ribbon bow detail as well as faux lace up ribbon down the centre.
