Description:
  • This Womens plus size costume dress with pom pom buttons is made of a mixture of stretch polyester fabrics that are paneled together.
  • The centre section of the dress is black wet look fabric and the outer sections are white fabric with black polka dot print, the polka dots have small images of a clown on the inside.
  • The dress has a round neckline, red trim and elastic back waistband to allow for sizing flexibility.
  • The sleeves of the dress are made from soft black mesh fabric and have ruffled ends that sit over the hand and off the shoulder.
  • The dress hemline is jagged, allowing for the layered effect that is created wearing the petticoat.
  • The costume petticoat is made from black interfacing fabric, has an elastic waistband, and red and white striped fabric trim around the hemline.
  • The costume includes a pair of red stretch polyester socks with textured look digital print and elastic tops.
  • Included with this Womens plus size costume is a foam backed neck collar with red and white stripes and black mesh trim and velcro tab closure.
  • Costume is complete with a matching pointed clown hat with red pom pom that sits on a black plastic headband.
