Heaven costumes offered an excellent service. I ordered an XL flapper dress but they sent XXXL so I rang the company is I could send it back. The lady on the phone was so nice and I told her about my size and she told me to send me the large which fits me right. I received the product the next day and I was so amazed how fast the delivery was and they sent me a prepaid bag for me to use for the returned product.

Great costume

Very good quality and good looking. However, I am quite small (size 6) and the S -M was a little tight even on me. So I would probably order a size bigger just to be careful. Looks great on and feels very "20s"
