Description:

Girls black stretch polyester witch dress has a square neckline and short black satin puff sleeves.
Front of the dress bodice has a panel down the centre with rainbow trim in a lace up style.
Back of the dress bodice is plain black stretch fabric with a velcro fasten at the nape.
Dress has an elasticated waistband at the back to accommodate sizing.
Costume has a black satin skirt with rainbow polka dot print all over the front and back.
There is a jagged pink tulle peplum attached along the front of the waistline.
To give the dress additional shape there is a black petticoat attached underneath.
Complete the look with the included black felt witch hat that has a black satin hat band with rainbow polka dot print.
