Costume Description:

This Victorian dress for women is made from a black stretch polyester fabric with an attached white collar, white wrist cuffs and white apron.
The apron that is attached to the skirt has lace detailing with tie to go around waist.
Your new olden days costume is complete with a white stretch fabric bonnet style hat with tie that goes under chin and fold back front.
