Outfit is to small and over priced for what it is

Service and speed at which I received parcel was very quick.the outfit itself although quite attractive ,is not the quality I expected from the picture .Considering I ordered a large outfit I was quite shocked at how short it is.I am unable to wear as a dress and I am going to wear as a shirt with my own skirt .
