Costume Description:

Womens black stretch velvet fabric dress with glitter tulle sleeves which flare from the elbow.
The dress features a side split that goes up the thigh, a classic empire waistline and a v-shaped neckline.
Costume comes with a detachable glitter tulle belt with velcro strap, and a detachable plastic silver buckle, with hanging glitter tassels.
Costume includes a black collapsible hat with a detachable glitter tulle hat band and silver buckle.
Witch hat is black in two parts with velcro tabs.
The hat will require some assembly (instructions are included with the packaging).
