Description:

Womens short semi-stretch black dress is a sleeveless 1920s flapper style with a plunging V neckline at the front and back.
This roaring 20's dress has a zip closure attached along the side seam for ease of wear.
The thigh length dress has a black stretch polyester base layered with black mesh that features decorative black sequin patterns all over the front and back of the bodice.
To create the flapper look, the lower half of the dress has black tassels attached along the waistband in a scalloped shape.
Below the top tier of tassels is two parallel wavy lines comprising black sequin and beads.
Costume is finished with a second tier of tassel trim attached along the hipline at the base of the dress skirt.
The dress does run a little smaller than average, please refer to the provided size chart below for the best indication for fit.
