We've figured it out! Due to witches re-purposing their broomsticks for transport, they don't have any brooms to sweep up all the cobwebs! It all makes sense now! It's either that or they just love the spooky aesthetic. If you love having spiders for friends and casting spells, this girl's witch costume will be right up your alley.
