Description:

• Girl's costume dress is features a black and white striped bodice front made from stretch fabric.
  
• The black and white strap fabric also features silver sequin dots all over.
  
• Bodice features a black velvet centre panel with silver criss-cross ribbon on top.
  
• The back of the bodice and the sleeves are made from stretchy black velvet.
  
• Sleeves are elbow length then have a silver ribbon trim with black tulle at the ends that goes down further on the arm.
  
• Dress features a black felt high standing collar in the shape of a spiderweb with a white spiderweb printed on it.
  
• The waistband on the dress is elastic to allow for some size flexibility.
  
• Skirt section of the dress is made from a grey satin polyester with an in-build hoop around the hem.
  
• On top of that are two layers of black tulle fabric at different length.
