  • Girls mid length, short sleeved dress made of stretchy fabric, with one velcro closure behind the neck.
  • Dress has a blue bodice section with two red pom poms attached, and puff sleeves. The waist has elastic for size flexibility.
  • Costume has a yellow skirt section with colourful polka dots and matching fabric trim at the neck line.
  • Circus clown hat which is matching polka dot fabric on one side and plain blue on the other side, with a red pom pom at the top.
