- The makeup is a highly pigmented pressed powder that can be used wet or dry.
- Designed to withstand extreme conditions such as under stage lights.
- This product is safe to use and non toxic.
- Made in the USA and not tested on animals.
- Easy to apply and remove with soap and water.
- Take makeup onto a moist sponge (damp but not wet) and apply lightly to the skin until the entire area has a smooth even coverage.
- The product may also be applied with a dry powder brush for subtle yet effective highlights, shadow and rogue effects.
