The shade of this StarBlend cake foundation got us thinking, what is bisque? Turns out it is smooth, creamy and highly seasoned soup. Which interestingly makes sense for this ivory bisque pressed powder. How? You might ask… Well, this Mehron Makeup is highly pigmented and the pressed powder formula can be used wet or dry, creating a smooth and creamy full coverage finish. That said, we do not recommend using soup as an alternative to face paint (Imagine that!) This theatrical quality make-up is fade resistant and is long lasting regardless of the extreme performance conditions is can be worn under. We can't see soup doing that! - The makeup is a highly pigmented pressed powder that can be used wet or dry.
- Designed to withstand extreme conditions such as under stage lights.

- Easy to apply and remove with soap and water.
- Take makeup onto a moist sponge (damp but not wet) and apply lightly to the skin until the entire area has a smooth even coverage.
- The product may also be applied with a dry powder brush for subtle yet effective highlights, shadow and rogue effects.
