Costume Description:

Womens Victorian style shirt is made from a white stretch fabric with a ruffled blouse button-up front with puff sleeves and a ruffled collar.
Steam punk vest is made from a velveteen non-stretch fabric, with corset lacing detail in the front and a zipper closure on the back.
Costume is complete with a black stretch fabric gathered skirt which is shorter in the front and longer in the back, and a pair of ribbon buckle straps along the front to allow you to control how high the front sits.
