Description:
- Balloon is made from clear, stretchy plastic and has a diameter of approximately 19cm when it is not blown up - because of the stretchy material, it can be blown up quite large.
- LED lights on a wire to go through the balloon stick.
- Lights require 2 x AA batteries that are not included.
- Balloon stick is made from clear plastic and measures approximately 61cm long.
- Balloon cup sits on top of the stick and the balloon ties onto it.
- Bobo or bubble balloons are great to fill with decorative items or wrap string/LED lights around
- Made from a thin stretchy plastic - do not overfill
- Balloon should be heavily stretched prior to filling to avoid overfill and popping
- Can be filled with air however best filled with helium if wanting to float.
