Description:

Womens costume dress features black t-shirt style top with short sleeves in a stretch fabric.
Skirt is short in length and made from black stretch fabric with layers of rainbow fabric and black ruffled fabric.
Rainbow dress features rainbow fabric with prints such as rainbows, ice creams, unicorns, stars, crowns and treats.
Dress comes with rainbow print bow tie and detail around the neckline and black rainbow print arm cuffs that sit at the elbows.
Costume is complete with matching knee high leg covers in black mesh, rainbow print and black velveteen fabric at the hem.
